Meet Cooper, the cutest dog in the world. We are completely guessing on the breed but he is adorable. He is one happy guy who loves life and everyone who steps into his world. He is great with other dogs. Likes to play and enjoy toys. His current weight is about 15 pounds and we have absolutely no idea how big he will be when full grown but probably under 60 pounds. He is a bit on the mellow side but certainly has puppy energy.
