Friends of Orange County's Homeless Pets (FOCHP) is a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our mission is to provide compassionate shelter intervention by preventing animals from ever entering the overcrowded shelter system whenever possible.
Through foster-based rescue, individualized medical care, and hands-on behavioral support, we give vulnerable pets a safe place to land before they become another shelter statistic.
By truly getting to know each animal in a home environment, we create thoughtful, lasting matches that lead to successful adoptions and lifelong family connections.
