Meet Oso! ❤️ This little cutie is about 4 years old and weighs just 15 pounds. We think he may be a Shih Tzu mix, but whatever he is, he's 100% adorable! Oso is ready for a fresh start and a family to call his own. At 15 pounds, he's the perfect little companion to bring along on life's adventures or curl up with at home. Could Oso be the little guy you've been looking for? Apply to adopt at fochp.org. ❤️
