Born in Ensenada to a German Shepherd mom and likely a Malinois dad, Norman was rescued off the streets by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan. He’s playful, smart, and already getting the hang of potty training—he heads out to the back patio to do his business like a champ. Norman gets along great with dogs of all sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to medium-sized playmates.
