Penelope is 1 year old and the best little girl. She is potty trained, knows basic commands and just as sweet as can be. She is good with other dogs and likes to go to the dog park. She came to our rescue because her owner died. She is hoping to find a home that will love and cherish her as well as give her lots of exercise.
