Phoenix is a 10 week old tiny little baby boy weighing about 3 pounds. His mama is a tiny little girl about 8 pounds. We are told she is a Westie/Maltese so guessing daddy might have been a chihuahua or terrier. Phoenix is adorable and one happy, playful little boy full of love and energy. He will keep you smiling with his puppy playfulness. He is frightened of large dogs and small children. He would be best in a home with other small to medium dogs and older children.
