Otis is a 1 1/2 year old, male dog. He appears to be a pug mixed w/ JRT or Rat Terrier. He is very friendly and loving and will make a great companion. He weighs about 20 lbs and has the coloring of the pug and face of the JRT. He loves to be held and sit in your lap and is good with other dogs and kids. Otis is in need of a forever home.
