Tipper is about 10 - 12 weeks old and the smartest little pup. She is adorable, socialized with both dogs and cats and sweet as can be. Tipper has been diagnosed with "congenital head tremor". She was born with a condition that makes her head shake when she is excited or nervous. It does not affect any other part of her body and she certainly does not know anything is different about her. She has a nose that can work if you are looking for a working dog. She has puppy energy but very eager to please and learn and fairly mellow for a puppy.
