Tugs was named after your heart strings - he just "Tugs" on them. This sweet little boy was abandoned in an apartment complex parking lot to fend for himself. FOCHP stepped in and rescued him and he has been forever grateful. Tugs has a great imagination when it comes to playing - whether the object he is playing with is moving or not.....he gets along with everyone and everything. Tugs doesn't know someone threw him away, he just knows there is someone out there who wants to love him forever
