Otter is an 8 week old, male puppy. We know he has maltipoo in him and we think maybe some terrier due to his looks. He is black and tan with soft and wirey fur. Otter is an absolutely adorable puppy. He likes to explore and loves to be held. He is great with other dogs, kids and cats. Otter is in need of a forever home.
