HillBilly is an 8 week old, male puppy. His mama is a Beagle mix named Emma also available for adoption. Her picture can be seen at www.fochp.org. HillBilly is the cutest puppy ever! His tricolored markings are so adorable on his face - he is going to grow into an ADORABLE adult dog. He loves attention and loves to play w/ other dogs.
