Lucy is a 3 year old spayed female Border Collie Mix. She is very sweet - great with dogs of all sizes. She was dumped at the local shelter by her humans. She was in very bad shape, her hair was completed matted so she had to be shaved. In this photo her hair is very short but when it grows back it is long and beautiful.
