The first time I saw this big dog I was getting my morning paper and he was trotting by on the busy road in front of my house. I said Hey! you want to come in. He came over to the gate and walked in. I gave him water and some food. The big dog slept all day under the tree in the front yard. About 2:00AM I heard a dog howl. I looked out my window and he was going over the fence. I thought Oh well he had a rest and some food. When I went out in the morning to get my paper he was laying on the other side of the gate. He came in and has been here almost a year. I bring in my quota of dogs off that street. I have no room to keep them so they go directly to Animal control if they have no ID. This dog was special and I couldn't send him there. I have a kennel of Australian Shepherds (smart Dogs) I believe he is as smart as any one of my dogs. He is kind(except with cats) (?) He is bidable and good natured. He will wait forever before he will soil his kennel. He is playful and loves a tummy scratch. He does jump fences, so you need a tall wall to keep him in. I think he just likes to visit. He travels well in a car. He Is Leash broke He likes toys. He really needs someone to play with. I just love him but he needs a forever home where someone has time to play with him.
