Cotton was found wandering the streets almost being hit by several cars. As it turns out she was not able to see them as she is blind. She is the sweetest, tiny little girl weighing just 7 pounds. She does not let her sight stop her from getting around. She can hang with the big dogs. She is an amazing little girl, she figures out how to go outside to potty all on her own, finds her food bowl and the water bowl.
