She has already had a very tough life with an owner who was a drug addict and gave her up to the parents who then put her in a very small shed outside as her living quarters. Meet Arrow !! This boy is so adorable and he is a miracle - he owner moved and left him abandoned on the streets - just a puppy. He was hit by a car and had a fractured front leg and pelvis. He was on bed rest and now the splints are off, his pelvis is repaired and he is ready for a home. He is such a sweet, loving guy. Good with dogs of all sizes and ages and great with kids.
