I have two loving dogs that are in need of a home in the next two weeks. They are approx 8 years old. Both have been spayed. Prada is 60 lbs, Gucci is 85 lbs. We believe they are sisters. They go to the dog park frequently and have lived with other dogs and behaved very nicely. I have never had them around cats. They are both house trained and have been through leash training, however they are not perfect with the leash :) They have not bitten anyone and are very timid and shy, however will growl if they feel smothered by people. We believe they were beaten by their previous owners due to their behavior when punished, or spoken to with a harsher voice. They are very loving dogs and enjoy kids as well as adults. They seem to know who they can play with ( young adults vs. my grandmother and small cousins whom they are more cautious around). They both love to cuddle on the couch or in bed, and are content with just being near people or guarding the back yard. I adopted them 4 years ago and have loved every minute with them. Unfortunately my parents are forced to sell their home and move out of the country and I will no longer have a yard for them and not be able to keep them. I would love to have a loving family adopt the dogs rather than send them to a shelter where the cages are small and the possibility of being put down is high.
