Harlow is the cutest dog I've ever met. She is one year old and weighs about 12 pounds. She is a tiny bit shy when she first met you, but she warms up quickly. She will absolutely light up your life and keep a smile on your face. She really enjoys the company of other dogs and wants to play. She is 100% potty trained.
