Winston is an adorable little boy. He is 2 years old and weighs a tiny 10 pounds. We are guessing on the breed but pretty sure he is Shihtzu and maybe Wheaton Terrier. He was completely matted when he came to us but he is all cleaned up and so happy. He is great with other dogs and loves sitting right next to his humans.
