Louie is about 4 months old and a tiny 4 pounds. He came from a hoarding situation and had very little human contact during his life. Therefore, he is pretty nervous with people. Louie would do best in a home with another dog, he really loves dogs. He does love other dogs. He would be best in a home with no children under 12 and a home that has another dog.
