Roger is about 1 year old and weighs just 12 pounds. We are completely guessing on the breed. As you can see he is adorable, it takes him a few minutes to warm up but when he does he is full of kisses. He is very sweet, good with other dogs. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
