We are completely guessing on the breed and cannot say that he is hypoallergenic. He is adorable but you can see that from his photo. Harper is about 1 year old. He is a happy guy and enjoys having his humans around him, he does have a little separation anxiety. Harper is good with other dogs but we have not seen him around cats.
