We are completely guessing on the breed and Otis is NOT hypoallergenic. Otis is about 10 - 12 weeks old and he weighs a tiny 8 pounds. He is actually too small to be a Wheaton Terrier but he sure looks like a little mini Wheaton. He is very sweet, friendly and playful.
