Honey is a special girl, still just a puppy at 8 months old and has already had one litter of puppies. She is a very, very shy girl. It could take her weeks to warm up to her new person. I have been fostering her for 4 weeks and she just now barely lets me pick her up. She mostly tries to run when I go near her. She does want to hang out with me on the couch and sleep in bed. New people, noises and things scare her. She is fine with other dogs but she does not engage with them. She is curious with cats but will not hurt them.
