Jasmine is 8 months old and weighs 12 pounds. She came from a hoarding situation and has not been socialized much with people She only knew the 2 people living in that home her entire life and they did not give her much attention since there were so many other dogs in the home. The foster mom has been taking her to work and walks, helping her to build confidence. She is still very, very skittish and will need an experienced person to help her work through this time in her life.
