He has always gotten along with other dogs quite well. Perkins is 15 pounds and about 13 years old. Perkins needs a yard. Other friendly dogs would be a plus. He isn’t much of a cuddle bug, but he does enjoy scratches, kisses, and belly rubs. He likes to be near his human, but just not in your lap.
