We have no idea what her breed is but she is absolutely adorable. She has soooo much energy. Harley Quinn will need to be in a family that is willing to give her a lot of love and even more exercise. She would probably not be good for a home with small children, while Harley Quinn is very small herself at only 3 pounds she is extremely hard to hold onto.
