Casper was an owner surrender at a high kill shelter. He was filthy, matted and had fleas. His owner obviously did not care about him. We rescued him and gave him a makeover and now he's beautiful. Casper will need to be placed with an experienced dog owner. He has a lot of energy and needs someone who will exercise him daily and train him because he can be a bit anxious. Casper will be placed in a home with older children only. Casper can be pickey about what dogs he likes and will need to placed in a home with no other dogs.
