Kong is a 7 month old terrier mix at a whopping 10 pounds. He is currently fostered with young children. He doesn't like being alone and would do best with someone home with him most of the day. He was originally placed in a house with cats and does well with other dogs. He is working on being potty trained to the outside and does do well with the training pads.
