Penny is a 6 month old, female chihuahua. She is all black and has adorable ears that stand straight up. She is a little shy, but warms up quickly and just loves to be held. She weighs under 5 lbs and is great with children. She is fostered with a 2 year old who carries her around like a doll. Penny is in need of a forever home.
