Dorothy rescued herself, by running into a pet store during a rain storm. Already spayed, Dorothy had a badly infected tooth which FOCHP took care of. Unfortunately, Dorothy must have had the infection for a long time, as it corroded part of her nasal cavity on one side so she always sounds like she has a cold but that is not the case. Dorothy has been declared 100% healthy and is calm, loving and doesn't have a dramatic bone in her body. She can use her nose just fine - as is evidenced by her refusal of certain flavors of canned food - but then again, why would she be any different? Dorothy is a good example of what our rescue does - it's not all about puppies and kittens, we help when the need is there. Now Dorothy needs you - can you give her a loving home?
