"Gizmo is a 4 year old female. Due to medical reasons, I have to let her go. She needs someone who will be patient with her and love her while she learns to love them. She's never lived with anyone other than me and this will be a difficult adjustment for her. She doesn't like dogs and she's never been around small children. I think she would be happiest as an only cat so she can have you all to herself. She can be temperamental, she's a TOTAL diva. She'll let you know when and where she's going to grant you the "privilege" of petting her. But, most of the time, all she wants is to be with you. She doesn't like it if she's not in the same room you're in. She just wants to sit on your lap with you when you're reading or watching TV. Sometimes she might not be in the mood to be petted while she's there, but she still wants to be on your lap. While she may not be a cuddlebug ALL of the time, she will show you that she loves you SO many other ways. She loves to give little kisses. Either a little love bit or a tiny lick. She's very affectionate...just on her terms. If you're ready to allow the ultimate diva to "grace you with her presence", you'll love the rewards."
