Nirvana is an 8 week old Doxy-Chi mix. He has a beautiful silver gray coat with smooth soft fur and gorgeous green eyes (very hard to catch with a camera). He is absolutely stunning. Nirvana has a very intelligent look to his face and learns new things quickly. When you talk to him he really seems to listen and will tilt his head (so cute!). His foster mom has been doing clicker training with him and he is doing great at the basic commands of coming, sitting, and down. He gets "stay" and can hold it for about 10 seconds. He has caught on to paw training and can "give you a five". Pretty amazing at 8 weeks. Nirvana is a happy puppy and a talker, making the sweetest sounds when you hold him. He loves to play and gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. Nirvana loves toys and chasing a ball is a great way to wear him out. Wow is he fast! If they had Doxy-Chi races he would surely win! He mostly brings the ball back but then at eight weeks he can get distracted by a butterfly or something more interesting. He is a good sleeper, is crate trained and has a great appetite. Nirvana will be neutered, has a micro chip, is current with his shots and has been dewormed and has had a flea treatment. He is ready to go to his forever home!

Hello. My name is Lance and I'm pretty sure that I am a Chihuahua/Whippet mix around 3 years old. My "mom" guesses I have some whippet in me since I can run really really fast...actually, I don't really run like most dogs, I "whip" right from the start and catapult like a rocket. I love ALL dogs of all sizes, breeds and ages so I would really need a family with another doggy since one of my favorite things to do is play with all my foster brothers and sisters. I had a pretty rough past so I tend to be timid in the begging, but once I get to know you and know that I can trust you then I become your best friend. After all, it's wise to get to know someone first before you trust them, right? But more than anything, I really just want a forever family I can trust and love. I really enjoy walking, whipping, hugs & kisses, laying on my parent's lap, and showing some of my amazing tricks - jumping, running and my amazing "bow". Beach days are one of my favorite since I love to whip free around the sand. I am also house broken, so no need to worry about accidents with me. Carmel is a sweet 8 week old Doxy-Chi mix. She is a beautiful golden color with ears that are a shade darker and white markings on her chest and paws. Her fur is so soft and fluffy. She weights less than a pound and has very delicate features and long legs. Carmel loves to be held and will make a great companion going with you every where perhaps in one of those special doggy purses. Carmel is acitve and inquisitve. She plays well with other dogs.
