Chester is about 4 years old and weighs 14 pounds, he is a very unusual looking dog. He has the eyes, ears and tail of an American Eskimo and the fur of a terrier. He is very smart and his eyes are very soulful, he will look right into you as if trying to talk to you. He would like to find a active family or person who will take him for lots of walks.
