Jasper is an adult male tan and white Hound mix born in October 2014. He came to the kennel (in Arkansas) in early June 2015 as an owner surrender. He is a friendly guy, and he gets along well with people and other dogs. He has heterochromia, which is a genetic condition that results in a blue eye and a brown eye! Isn’t he gorgeous? He would make a great addition to a loving home.
