We are guessing on the breed but Bernie looks like the worlds smallest Shiba Inu. He has long legs so he is tall and weighs about 15 pounds. He actually gives hugs, he is so affectionate and loving. He likes to play with other dogs and toys. He will curl up with you while watching tv and would love to sleep in bed if you let him but happy to sleep in a bed next to your bed if he has to.
