Meet Rawley, he is an Italian Greyhound mix and we are not sure of the mix. This guy weighs 16 pounds and is about 7 years old. He was hit by a car and had to be resuscitated at the scene by animal control. His owner showed up, assessed the situation and she he no longer wanted Rawley.
