Meet Gerry! A sweet, happy 12-year-old corgi mix. Gerry was found on Christmas night limping as he tried to cross the street in Riverside, California. Fochp took him in, and his foster parents soon learned that this poor guy was a neglected mess. We discovered he has a bullet in his abdomen, dental issues, is deaf, which was caused by years of neglected ear infections, and has other geriatric health issues. For the last six months, he has been living with his foster parents and their pack while getting medical care, all the attention he needs, and lots of love. Now he is ready to find his forever home. Gerry may be special needs, but to be honest, he’s one of the easiest dogs ever! He’s very quiet, calm, and easy going, and he gets along with dogs, cats, and humans. He doesn’t need to be walked much because he gets so distracted with smelling the flowers and checking his pee mail, and he is extremely content doing just that. He looks forward to getting pets and having his ears rubbed, and he enjoys his raw dog food meals. He loves joining you on the couch for TV time and a cozy blanket he can rub his face into and he takes long naps. Gerry is micro-chipped, neutered, and up-to-date on his vaccinations. Vickie is 8 months old and she is super super super skittish. She needs a very quiet home with a very patient person who will understand her needs. The foster home that she is in is able to walk her on leash and she sometimes will jump on the couch to cuddle. Most of the time she is hiding or hanging out with the other dogs in the home. She does have her leash on at all times so the foster mom can easily reach her, she tends to run. She is too tiny and too scared to be around children. Now here is your perfect little man. Arrow came to us several months ago, he had been hit by a car and broke his pelvis. He has been a bed rest and got clearance today from the vet to go on walks. He is such a great little boy and such a little lovebug. He does not need any followup he has been cleared by the vet to go to a new home. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. This little boy is so darn cute at only 10 pounds. He will follow you everywhere you go and would love to find a home where he can sleep in bed with you. He is good with other dogs and we do not know how he is with cats. We believe he is a Schnauzer mix but we have no idea what the mix is. His owners had to move and could not take him with them so he is looking for a forever home. We did get him neutered, vaccinated, microchipped.
