Posted:2012-10-22 Adopted:2012-12-17
Paco and his sister, Charlotte, were rescued from a local park as tiny kittens. With a lot of TLC, he has grown into beautiful gray tabby boy with four white boots, and a face that will make you fall in love at first sight! He loves to play with all his might, and then snuggle up for a nap. Paco is neutered, has had all his shots, and has tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia. He is being fostered in a household with both dogs and other cats, and has gotten along with everyone quite well. He is actively seeking a loving forever home. You can visit him most Saturdays at PetSmart at 17th & Tustin in Santa Ana, or contact his foster mom directly at: themaryc@roadrunner.com
Enzo
Enzo
Age:10 weeks Breed:
  • Tuxedo
Posted:2012-09-29 Adopted:2012-12-03
Enzo was saved, along with his 3 brothers, from a construction area when he was barely 5 weeks old. A very caring individual heard soft meows coming from under a tarp and immediately gathered up the kittens (Mama was later caught and fixed) and took them to his home for lots of tender loving care. Enzo is very affectionate and loves to rub against you and give little kisses. While not your classic tuxedo, the little white blaze on his face with his black and pink nose make him irresistibly cute and that matched with his affectionate and loving nature are an unbeatable combination. He gets along great with kittens and adult cats. He has been neutered, microchipped, deflead, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia and is ready for his forever home. You can meet Enzo at the Petco in Tustin - located at the corner of El Camino and Newport Avenue, on Saturdays from 11:30 to 3. Enzo would love to show you just how adorable he is!
Daisy

Age:12 Months Breed:

Daisy is one of the most striking cats you will ever see and while we tried to take a great picture – it does not do her justice. Her markings are a combination of marbled/swirled black on grey with golden brown undertones with four white paws, a white chin and a white belly. She has big golden eyes that seem to know what you are thinking. She is very gentle and affectionate. Unfortunately her owner lost her residence and FOCHP got the call from a concerned volunteer. Can you please help to find this special girl a home. Still a kitten at heart, she gets along with adult cats and kittens alike and loves to perch on high places. She loves to cuddle and will lay on your lap and thank you for saving her by giving you lots of happy paws. She is truly a gentle soul and is looking for her forever home and family. She will do best in a quiet/stable environment. She has been spayed and vaccinated.

Rian is very playful. Catnip toys are wonderful, but her tail will do just fine to entertain her for hours on end. She uses her litter box like a pro and ventures out into our house a little bit further every day. She will make the perfect pet for someone who loves to watch the antics of a typical little kitten and the companionship of a friendly and independent cat.

Age:8 weeks Breed:
  • Gray Tuxedo
Posted:2012-08-31 Adopted:2012-11-17
Mountain Dew was found, with his entire family, behind an apartment complex vending machine. The mother was trying to protect her babies and keep them safe. They were all placed in a foster home, with mama, and are happy, thriving kittens. Mountain Dew loves to play hard and sleep hard and has never met a toy he doesn't like. You can meet Dew and his siblings at the Petco in Mission Viejo off Oso Parkway on Sundays from 12 to 3. When people ask where you got your rescue kitten - you can literally say "a vending machine"! All kittens have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are flea free.
Lucky
Lucky
Age:10 weeks Breed:
  • DSH
Posted:2012-09-28 Adopted:2012-11-15
Lucky was given her name because she is a very Lucky little girl. She was found on a sidewalk near a busy intersection at 9:30 at night. She was barely 5 weeks old and at deaths door when she was found. She was rushed to the emergency clinic where they were able to provide much needed fluids and food - she had been suffering from starvation and dehydration. She had walked as far as she could go and then just laid down... Thanks to her caring rescuer, Lucky found her way to FOCHP and the rest as they say is history. Lucky is a very loving, active, healthy little girl. She gets along great with both kittens and adult cats. She has a very loud purr motor, which she uses often, especially when she is laying in your lap and getting scratches under her chin. She looks up with very knowing eyes as if to say "Thank You" for saving me. If you would like love, gratitude and lots of "Thank You's" this adorable little girl is for you. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, deflead, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia
Ashley

Ashley is a sweetheart. Here she is comforting Jett - another kitten up for adoption. Found on the freeway in Riverside by a kind FOCHP volunteer, she has never looked back. Ashley loves other cats and people, people, people. It's amazing how people oriented "cast away cats" can be. She also loves to mentor kittens because she is still a kitten herself. Fully vaccinated, spayed, dewormed, microchipped and flea free, you can meet Ashley at our adoption event on Saturdays at the Tustin Petco located on the corner of Newport Avenue and El Camino Real from 11:30 to 3:00. Ashely would love to meet you and tell you all about her life so far, and how she is looking for her furever home.
