“Handsome, dreamy-eyed Rascal sadly lost his beloved person to cancer. He is movie-star handsome and is seeking a new, indoor-only forever home where he can share his boundless love. Although his name is Rascal , this gentle soul is anything but; he is very sweet and very well-behaved! He is so cuddly! He purrs constantly and adores having his head rubbed! He loves to snuggle up beside you on the couch, or on your lap, or to sprawl next to you as you work at your desk. Rascal is sensitive to having his hips touched so probably would not be best with small children. He is quiet, and content with small spaces, would be just fine in an apartment. He is very good about his food: free feeds dry food and enjoys a small serving of wet food. Because of his loving and affectionate nature he should be where his human is home most of the time. Someone who works from home or is retired would be perfect. His manners and deportment are exemplary: He doesn’t jump up on counters, even when his food bag is up there. He doesn’t steal people food – he was accidentally left alone with a plate of chicken wings and he didn’t even touch them; good kitty! He has very good litter box manners, always goes in the box and doesn’t kick litter out and he loves to be brushed. Rascal is healthy, neutered, current on all his shots and check-ups. A copy of his vet records will be included. He is about 11 years old but looks and acts much younger. Katrina is a dainty, 10-month-old, peach and gray tortie who loves belly rubs, feathers and toys that crinkle. She is a great balance between affectionate and independent. She likes to be near her people and will come out and greet you, but is not needy or demanding. Katrina definitely prefers to be a solo act and does not enjoy the company of other cats. Her foster mom thinks that with a slow and proper introduction, she might adjust to a calm dog. She has never been around children. Katrina is spayed and vaccinated, a tidy litter box user, and not destructive in the house. She is a very healthy and loving little kitty. This is a courtesy posting.
