Ricky is a 3 - 4 year old, shih tzu mix. (We think maybe with lhasa apso). He is very sweet and friendly, gets along great with other dogs and has a very handsome appearance. Ricky was being abandoned by someone trying to throw him out of a car. He was rescued by a good samaritan who saw this act and taken to our organization for proper care.
