Happy was tied up and abandoned behind a grocery store with no water and no food. Although humans treated him with no regard he is still very happy and loving. He is good with other dogs. We estimate him to be about 1 year old. He is now neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, treated for fleas and microchipped. Call or email if you are interested in meeting Happy.
