Cooper is 3 years old and weighs a tiny 5 pounds. He is very underweight and should be about 7 pounds. Now that he is in a safe and warm foster home with lots of good food he should put on weight quickly. He is a very sweet boy, great with other dogs. We have not seen him with cats.
