Balto is a small tri -colored border collie mix. He is the sweetest little 4 month old puppy you'll ever meet. He has been the most loving little guy, a true mama's boy. He is a quiet dog - he does not bark. He likes long walks and cuddles. Border collies have one of the best IQ's for a dog and he will be a smart boy. He knows how to sit already and does well on walks. He's a goofy little guy looking for his forever home.
