Mugsy is 2 years old and weighs 12 pounds. We are guessing on the breed !!! This dog is fabulous !!! He is super sweet and loving, very cuddly. He is ok with other dogs but wants all the attention of the humans for himself. We have not seen him around cats but think he would be ok. The foster mom says he is "so cheerful and fun to be with". He does not like being brushed and will snap so he would not be good around little kids.
