This is Tabitha, she is about 3 years old and weighs a tiny 8 pounds. She came from a hoarding situation where she lived with 50 other dogs. They did not get much individual attention so Tabitha is a bit shy when she first meets you. She just needs to learn that she is now special and will be loved.
