Toby is an 8 week old, male puppy. His mama was a lab and we do not know who dad was. (Border collie?) He is very handsome, loves people and other dogs! Toby is in need of a forever home. He is fostered with multiple dogs and a toddler and is very social. He loves to be pet and cuddled and is also content just being in the same room as people.
