Phoebe is about 5 years old and is definately a lady. Declawed - she has been an inside cat all her life and plans on it staying that way. Unfortunately, her owners are moving and cannot take Phoebe with them. She has not been around dogs but is friendly with other cats. Phoebe would love to be part of your household and has lots of love to give! Karen - foster
