My name is Gypsy. I am about 4 years old. FOCHP rescued me from the shelter after my family left me, for reasons unknown to me. I did not like it there and was scared. They’re litter mates (sisters) – both are spayed and micro-chipped; they weigh 11-12 each. Daphne is friendly to everyone and does well with other dogs, Minnie is shy, but once she warms up to you, she’s fine. She is fine with other dogs she has been around. When I have taken them to the dog park, Daphne goes off to play, while Minnie goes up to anyone to try to get them to pick her up. They love their walks, don’t like to ride in the car (I know that sounds weird). Both love to be on your lap. I have a 9 year old nephew and 6 year old niece and they are fine with them, but I don’t know how they would be with children that are excited – they would probably hide.
