Lucy is a 3 year old spayed female Border Collie Mix. She is very sweet - great with dogs of all sizes. She was dumped at the local shelter by her humans. She was in very bad shape, her hair was completed matted so she had to be shaved. In this photo her hair is very short but when it grows back it is long and beautiful. Biscuit is an 8 week old, male puppy. The shelter said his mama was a chihuahua / dachsund mix, but he looks more like a shepherd. He is very handsome with beautiful fur and an outgoing personality. Betsy is the perfect dog, she is potty trained, good with all dogs, kids, cats and very independent. She is loving and loyal - if you want her to sit on the couch with you she is happy to do that but if you prefer she stays in her bed on the floor she will also accomodate your request. Bitzer is a very smart, energetic, determined little 8 pound, 2 year old Applehead Chihuahua mix. He does many tricks. He loves to chase balls and go on walks. He is potty trained. He has never been around cats or children, but loves to play with dogs. He is happy all day just to chew on a bully stick but has never been destructive to anything in the house. He is a very independent and so far has not been a lap dog. I think in time, this would change. Bitzer is just an adorable little boy who makes you smile just to look at him.
