Mugsy is 2 years old and weighs 12 pounds. We are guessing on the breed !!! This dog is fabulous !!! He is super sweet, loving, great with other dogs and we have not seen him around cats but think he would be ok. The foster mom says he is "so cheerful and fun to be with".
